For the teacher

The teacher can prepare a table in which the students write down the information. This task can be completed alone or in groups. The teacher can bring various pieces of clothing to the classroom and/or the students can bring them from home. Books on materials should be made available. You can hold a quiz about the students’ knowledge of product labels. 

Product label

Bring clothing intended for different purposes from home, such as winterwear, sportswear, formal wear and underwear. Examine the product labels on the clothing and the information they provide. What information is provided on the product labels? Are the instructions sufficient for the product’s care and recycling? Is the product label according to standard? Draw or photograph and write down your observations.
